Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2-bedroom house and all its amenities. This includes the private deck, hot tub, fire pit, and yard. While the garage is not available for guest use, the driveway accommodates 2-3 vehicles.

Other Details to Note
Seasonal Amenities: The grill is available seasonally, typically starting in the spring. The kayaks and paddle boat are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your stay is outside these dates, please contact us to check for availability, as we are happy to accommodate when weather permits. Well Water: The house uses well water. We have a whole-house filter and an additional filter on the fridge. The water is tested regularly and is perfectly safe to drink, but guests may occasionally notice a slight sulfur smell, which is harmless. Pets: We welcome pets and charge a $75 pet fee. The first pet fee is included in your booking when selecting "pets." Additional fees apply for multiple pets. This listing is for the two upstairs bedrooms only, which allows us to offer a more affordable rate for smaller groups. The two additional bedrooms on the lower level will be locked and unavailable.
